family. Lisa now resides in West Jefferson with her husband, Tim and
their two children, Olivia and Eli. As a result of Lisa's childhood,
she learned two very important life lessons. First of all, Lisa
developed a special love and appreciation for Ashe County, the
people here and her community. She also learned that she was
definitely a "people person" and she truly enjoyed meeting new
people from all walks of life. Based on these two interests, it was
clear to Lisa that a career in real estate would be the perfect
choice for her. Lisa believes that the two characteristics that help
make a great realtor are honesty and integrity. "With me it's not
about doing whatever it takes to make a sale. It's about
making sure my clients are comfortable and happy. If they're
not happy then I'm not happy."

ideal place to raise a family. Growing up here instills a
strong sense of belonging, security and purpose that you carry with
you for your entire life. The people are also Lisa's favorite
aspect of working in real estate. "The people I help are not
just clients to me, they are friends for life. I work hard to build
long lasting relationships with everyone I work with because their
wants, needs and goals really matter to me. I have helped
