Background:
Paul Wetzel has been in the real estate industry since
1990. He has experience in all aspects of real estate and has assisted innumerable customers and clients during that time. Working in a rural market such as Ashe County, he “specializes in everything,” including land, homes, second homes, farms, large/small acreage tracts and commercial property. Paul and his wife (an Ashe County native) have lived in the county since 1982 and have raised two children here. In addition to Brokerage, Paul is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and is extremely up-to-date on real estate valuations in the area.
